Andrew has been a learning designer at CDIL since its inception in 2019. He has worked on numerous graduate online programs in education, theology, and leadership. His expertise in learning experience design runs the gamut from course ideation to competency-based grading to assessment design and more. Prior to CDIL, Andrew spent over a decade in K-12 educational research on teaching quality and assessment of teacher candidates.
In 2023, Andrew completed his doctorate with a focus on designing collaborative learning experiences in online learning environments. He is interested in the social learning aspects of online courses, including ways to strengthen learning communities among students.聽
He lives with his spouse and three children northwest of Boston, tackling house renovations and running on the rail trail in his spare time.
