Assistant Dean Coleman shares over 30 years of human services experience in Massachusetts, with her students and colleagues.Ìý She has worked with vulnerable populations in several settings - with children and families in the child welfare system and with adults with experiencing mental health, substance abuse or other social/emotional concerns.Ìý Her expertise in supervision and staff management includes consultation, coaching and programming.Ìý As a lifelong practitioner in the Boston area, Sue builds on her connections in the community to form strong partnerships with agency administrators and field instructors.Ìý As a social work educator, Sue is focused on modeling the social work values and professional skills needed by the next generation of social workers.
