Create Your Profile
Your first step to begin recruiting Boston College talent is registering in Handshake,听our career management platform. Please听review our guidelines听before creating your account. Once you register, you will be able to begin building your recruitment roadmap. We look forward to working with you and helping you reach your hiring goals.听
Employers recruiting through the Boston College Career Center are expected to abide by and adhere to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) 鈥�"听and the听听regulations. In particular, please review听听as it relates to Internship Programs under the听.
Guidelines
To be approved in Handshake, registrations must include:
- Organization name & phone number
- Organization description:听Organizations must align with the mission and values of Boston College which is a Catholic, Jesuit, and humanistic University.
- Contact full name (Please use a person鈥檚 name, not 鈥渃ampus recruiter鈥� or 鈥渉uman resources鈥�)
- Official organization business address and email address:听Organizations that use a residential home address for business or that use personal email addresses or non-organizational email addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. will not be immediately approved.
- Organization website:听An active website provides us with verification and a description of your organization and gives students/alumni an additional resource in researching a potential employer. Please note that a website that requires registration in order to enter or access or one that is not easily translated to English will not be approved.
